      Lower belt scraper roller

Conveyor belt cleaning at the highest level The PUCEST underbelt scraper roller – an important component for conveyor belt cleaning for greater efficiency. The PUCEST underbelt scraper roller consists of several components: • Drive • Shaft • Scraper blades The patent-pending underbelt scraper roller is used to clean the underbelt. The specially shaped and flexible lamellas ensure reliable removal of the material. The underbelt scraper roller runs against the direction of travel of the conveyor belt and is actively driven by a motor. underbelt-roller-new-11-2024 Advantages over other scraper brushes: Long service life thanks to our PUCEST material The special lamella shape guarantees reliable removal of residual material on the conveyor belt The flexible lamellas adapt perfectly to the conveyor belt Belt-friendly cleaning The individual lamella rings can be replaced at any time Available from stock at short notice in all common belt widths.

    2. Lower chord cladding

      Lower chord cladding

Lower chord cladding Cladding of the lower chord is more and more frequently required to provide protection against weathering and for the prevention of accidents. FTK Förderband Technik Kilian GmbH provides lower chord cladding according to your specification from folded flat sheet or corrugated steel sheet with horizontal corrugation with handles ensuring easy handling with elongated holes for trouble free fastening. We will be pleased to offer solutions for housings, e.g., parallel to the lower chord.

    3. Lump Breaker, silo discharge

      Lump Breaker, silo discharge

The main function of the Claudius Peters Lump Breaker is crushing of lumps which have formed, for instance, due to hydration in silos or bins. A horizontal or vertical type lump breaker is available and is used in the discharge area in front of the discharge equipment, for example flow control gates. A rotor with crushing arms in a radial arrangement and displaced on the shaft, draws the lumps against a grate where it crushes the lumps. The operational safety of the Claudius Peters lump crusher is ensured by an overload cut-out with reversing duty. This is realized by an integrated control board.

    4. LÜRA arched-roof halls

      LÜRA arched-roof halls

Work quickly with conveyor belts, grabs, and trucks: A LÜRA arched hall optimally protects your bulk goods, offers ample space, and is extremely robust. The foil roof can extend up to 50 m in width and 20 m in height: A high-quality PVC woven tarpaulin with fire protection class B1 – lightweight, yet extremely tear-resistant and durable. It is tightly tensioned to the circular frame made of galvanized steel trusses. With a white tarpaulin, this ensures excellent light transmission.

    5. MAG 14.000 - the simple magnetic separator

MAG 14.000 - the simple magnetic separator

The MAG 14.000 toggle magnet is a retrofittable permanent magnet that can be installed on any pipe section without rework and prevents material contamination and machine downtime. ‍ The MAG 14.000 is ready for use once it is fixed around the pipe. No external energy source is required. The principle of the MAG 14.000 is easy to understand, because the installation creates a magnetic tunnel that can be enlarged by attaching additional magnets. ‍ The special feature of the MAG 14.000 is that the ferritic components do not adhere directly to the magnet, which makes cleaning difficult, but to the inside of the pipe. If the magnet is folded away during a conveying pause or at regulated maintenance intervals, the magnetism is eliminated. The ferritic material impurities can be discharged at suitable points. We therefore always recommend installation with a hose, a hose coupling or attachment to a suction lance, as low conveying speeds and a simple discharge point are provided. ‍ In principle, the MAG 14.000 is much more flexible and user-friendly compared to grid rod magnets, which are installed in difficult-to-access locations and require more complex cleaning. The price-performance ratio of the MAG 14.000 is also extremely attractive.

    6. Magnetic Separator – The Clever Safety Solution

Magnetic Separator – The Clever Safety Solution

The JACOB magnetic separator extracts ferrous contaminants quickly and easily from free-flowing bulk materials and exhaust air with low conveying pressure. It can be applied in any industry where ferrous metal needs to be separated from the product flow. One such application is when downstream machinery needs to be protected, for example in plant engineering or in the plastics industry. Another application is the safe production of food products such as flour or sugar. CLEVER DESIGN • Strong magnets – up to nine neodymium tubes separate even the smallest ferrous particles from bulk and exhaust air. Max. magnetic induction (G) – on the surface of the tube (+ / -10 %): 10,000 Gauss. • Compact and robust – consisting of multiple magnetic tubes that are protected by a stainless-steel cover, a T-piece and a pull-ring connection with a detectable design seal. • Easy to clean – pull the separator from the pipework system, remove the magnets from the cover, and all ferrous pieces and particles will simply fall off the cover surface. • Increased food safety – combine the magnetic separator with sealings from the JACOB DETECTABLE DESIGN line.

    7. Mahr Bow 2000

      Mahr Bow 2000

The MAHR BOW 2000 is used for low-wear is used for low-wear direction change of pneumatic delivery flows. As the delivery flow is forced to the inner radius of the bow, the wear which would otherwise be produced at the bow inner wall is relocated to the material buffer zone which forms during the filling. The distinctive shape of the MAHR BOW 2000 changes the otherwise well-known wear at these critical places. A support buffer forms in the bow immediately after starting the filling which prevents wear on the bow itself and enables long service lives so that the conveyed material is not conveyed on the bow itself but along the support buffer. Clear advantages of the MAHR BOW 2000: Low-wear delivery flow direction change due to own bulk material cushion Low pressure loss Compact design Low purchase and installation costs Low resistance to bends with larger radius
