The systems are designed to ensure optimal air quality, precision, and efficiency, making them a robust solution for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. In addition to galvanised steel, Nordfab now offers High Vacuum (HV) ductwork in 304 Stainless Steel as part of our standard product range. Products in 316SS are available upon requests.

    2. NTK 8 S and NTK 18 AL EL

NTK 8 S and NTK 18 AL EL

The requirements for hygiene and explosion protection standards are particularly high for production processes in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. With the NTK 8 S made of stainless steel and the NTK 18 AL EL made of aluminium, NetterVibration presents two new pneumatic piston vibrators from the NTK series that have been specifically developed for use in these industries. Depending on the application, the new products are available as ATEX-compliant and/or oil-free versions. The stainless steel housing is resistant to aggressive cleaning agents. Both NTKs can be used as drives for conveying and sieve troughs, as well as for cleaning and emptying of hoppers and other containers.

    3. OctaCap by seal-IT Octabin Cover

      OctaCap by seal-IT Octabin Cover

The OctaCap® Octabin cover by seal-IT is a foldable aluminum cover for octabins that can be placed on the octabin in a few seconds. The cover weighs less than 10kg and is available in various octabin dimensions. ‍ The lateral edges provide mechanical stability to the cover and the octabin, and allow for the attachment of a material card. ‍ The main benefit of the cover is that it protects the material from contamination. Unnecessary moisture absorption of the material is made more difficult. The holes in the cover can be freely configured with a lid, sight glass or suction lance connection. This stabilizes the suction process, as the suction lance can move vertically, and ultimately saves costs by preventing contamination and machine downtime.

    4. ODM – Belt conveyors MGF/FGF/DGF/InBoxBelt

      ODM – Belt conveyors MGF/FGF/DGF/InBoxBelt

Flat and troughed belt conveyors – also known as continuous conveyors – for uninterrupted transport of your materials Experience has proven that the classical continuous conveyor is still a contemporary alternative for transporting diverse bulk materials. With DI MATTEO’s extensive designs, we show how this reputation is well deserved. Whether a troughed or enclosed conveyor, a well-engineered technical design in combination with tried and tested equipment provides a reliable and cost-effective solution.

    5. ODM – Belt weigh feeder GraviSCALE DBW

ODM – Belt weigh feeder GraviSCALE DBW

Development of a continuous and reliable gravimetric dosing of bulk materials in every process in the “heavy industry” Many automated production processes require continuous weighing and dosing. Belt weigh feeders can measure and control the throughput of materials. The precision of measurements and reliability are thereby paramount. Based on more than 50 years of experience with bulk materials in the “heavy industry” and on expertise with the revolutionary ODM – WeighTUBE®, we resolved to develop the new belt weigh feeder ODM – GraviSCALE.

    6. ODM - Inline air separator AirSEP IPS

ODM - Inline air separator AirSEP IPS

Separation of heavy particles in pneumatic conveying systems The bulk material is pneumatically transported into the special and patented ODM-Inline air separator AirSEP IPS, where the lighter particles are separated from heavier ones by a vertical gravity sifting process. Without any further separation air, the air flow of the pneumatic transport system is used for the separation. The lighter particles leave the ODM-Inline air separator AirSEP IPS in the top and continue the pneumatic transport. The heavier particles are discharged in the bottom of the separator by slide gates during the pneumatic conveying.
