DöllAir paint mist extraction wall AGAT with cardboard filter
Agate-painted walls are an ideal solution for companies of all sizes. These units are valued in many companies both at home and abroad for their superior quality, reliability, and efficiency in paint dust filtration. The innovative design and the highest quality materials used in the walls allow for multi-shift operation. Triple filtration system consisting of: - Pre-filter: cardboard filter, cardboard for polyurethane paints - Paint Stop nonwoven fabric - EU5 class nonwoven fabric Explosion-proof fan mounted outside the paint wall. This solution ensures safety and easy access to the impeller, allowing for trouble-free performance of recommended inspections. A sophisticated design allows the layout of the paint walls to be adapted to the customer's needs and, if necessary, converted into chambers or paint booths. A standard extension of approximately 250 mm can be attached to each wall. The motor can be mounted on the right or left. The motor is designed for gas zone 2 or dust zone 22. The AGAT1010 to AGAT1030 paint mist extraction panels are closed at the bottom. The panels are delivered pre-assembled. Only the fan may be delivered on a separate pallet for easier transport. Optional Extension of the side panels approx. 250 mm Electrical wiring, 7 m cable, plug-in ready, including motor protection switch Pneumatic throttle valve/damper with hanger for screwing onto the paint mist wall [Compressed air connection required!]

Dosing and Screening machine DM30 EASY CLEAN
The machine consists of a dosing and screening unit. They are powered by two separate motors, which are positioned on the opposing face sides. With the help of the ergonomic pull-out device the screening and dosing unit can simply be pulled out for controls. This enables a closer inspection and the exchanging of screen baskets as well as fast cleaning due to good accessibility. On the inside of the machine, the rotating paddles connect to the dosing screw. Rotating paddles generate centrifugal force, which presses the material through a stationary screen. Particles smaller than the screen mesh width surpass the screen whereas particles sizes larger than the mesh width pass on to the rough´s outlet. Through the centrifugal force and the generated vibrations, the screen jacket keeps clean. All-in-One: Metering and sieving unit are combined. This way you save space and operating costs. Easy inspection, fast cleaning: The metering and sieving unit can be easily pulled out for inspection thanks to the guided pull-out device: This allows a precise inspection of the entire interior and product chamber. If the screen basket needs to be changed, this can be done quickly and conveniently. The same applies to cleaning the machine. Hygienic Design: The DM30 Easy Clean follows the principles of Hygienic Design. No compromise on quality and consequently reduced costs on downtime for cleaning and energy. The DM30 Easy Clean is made of stainless steel, AISI 304. Shaft sealing by means of monitored air flushing: Monitoring ensures safe and low-maintenance operation.

Dosing devices / loss-in-weight feeders
A loss-in-weight feeder is a specialized measuring device used in industry to dose and weigh materials with high precision. This type of scale is commonly used in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and other areas where accurate weight measurements are critical to production. The principle of the loss-in-weight feeder is based on the continuous weight measurement of the material to be dosed during the production process. In contrast to conventional scales, which measure a static weight, a loss-in-weight feeder is designed to measure and regulate the weight of a continuous flow of material. A key feature of the loss-in-weight feeder is its ability to take very accurate measurements. This is achieved by using high-precision sensors that can detect even the smallest changes in weight. This accuracy is particularly important in processes where compliance with precise recipes or formulations is required. Another important aspect of the loss-in-weight feeder is its ability to integrate into automated systems. Many of these scales can be connected to control systems that automatically adjust the material flow based on the measured weights. This enables very efficient and precise control of the dosing process. In summary, a loss-in-weight feeder is a high-precision instrument used in various industries for the accurate dosing and weight measurement of materials. Its ability to measure and control continuous material flows makes it an indispensable tool in many modern manufacturing processes.

Dosing Feeders
Precision meets flexibility – JOEST dosing feeders are the ideal solution for the precise, consistent, and controlled conveying of powders, granulates, and bulk materials. They are used wherever exact dosing quantities and reproducible material distribution are required – whether in the food, chemical, plastics, or packaging industries. Thanks to their compact design, flexible configurability, and optional integrated cooling or heating, JOEST dosing feeders can be seamlessly integrated into almost any process chain. Each system is tailored to customer-specific requirements – from trough design and surface finish to cleanability and ATEX compliance.
Dosing in materials’ manufacturing process
Examples of technology available - LIW (Loss In Weight) feeders for continuous dosing of raw materials - Silo weighing combined with flap valves or screws for batch dosing - System-level dosing automation integrable to factory-level automation

Dosing of bulky material, powder volumetric, gravimetric
Dosing belt must be free-flowing Throughputs 50 g/h to 500 kg/h Dosing media: cell wheel or screw Dosing types: cyclical continuous batch

Dosing Station Series DosyPack
DosyPack dosing stations are particularly suitable for the fast and exact dosing of all types of bulk material, or as feeders for oprical sorting facilities. Gentle dosing is possible for especially sensitive products.

Dosing Systems
At Anlagenbau Stampfer, we supply dosing systems that enable precise feeding of bulk materials in continuous or discontinuous processes. Our systems are used in plants where accurate and repeatable material feed is crucial – for example in mixing, packaging or conveying applications. Whether gravimetric or volumetric, using screw, gate or vibration technology – we configure your dosing solution individually to suit your product, process and conveying capacity.
