Therefor we offer you our silos with support frames. Kurz Silosysteme can produce these silos up to a diameter of 6,200 mm. In addition to transport by truck, the silos are also shipped from a neighboring port by ship. Silo components such as filters, overfill protection, inspection facilities and discharge aids are also on offer. The scope of supply can be supplemented by mechanical or pneumatic systems for filling as well as emptying the silos. Of course, the silos are adapted or equipped according to the requirements. In order to minimize assembly times on site, the silos can be fully pre-installed at the factory. With the installation, the system is almost ready for operation.

Secure closure: When the water flow stops, the sealing lip closes again and closes the valve. The valve is always closed in its basic position. Maximum protection against backflow: If a backflow occurs from the sewer, the rubber membrane fills due to the back pressure and is pressed firmly against the pipe wall. This effectively prevents water from entering the building. Additional benefit - Stops unpleasant sewer gases/radon: A major advantage of this design is the odor barrier. As the membrane closes tightly when not in use, gas movement from the sewer system is made impossible. This directly helps to prevent harmful or foul-smelling sewer gases or radon from escaping into the cellar or living spaces.

      Ganter is expanding its range of indexing plungers with a technical treat. The newest addition, type GN 817.7, is pneumatically actuated and can be seamlessly integrated into automated processes thanks to state-of-the-art sensors. There aren’t actually any indexing plunger variants lacking from Ganter’s portfolio. Nevertheless, the development team consistently succeeds in integrating new functionality that opens up new application possibilities. The most recent indexing plunger development is pneumatically actuated. Plus, the part also detects both end positions with just a single sensor. This makes GN 817.7 a logical advancement over the manually operated indexing plunger GN 817.6. The new variant can also be used in hard-to-reach locations and can be integrated into automated processes. What’s more, GN 817.7 can be used as a replacement for GN 817.6 without any changes in dimensioning or signal processing. The position detection of GN 817.7 is once again based on proven magnet technology but with some important new innovations. Not only are both end positions now detected but they can also be individually defined. The sensor teaching can be performed directly on-site with a small operating element on the sensor, which is held in place by a clip and supported by a cable. There are even LEDs for visual feedback. The other option for teaching is to use the convenient IO-Link feature via the system control unit. This standardized interface makes teaching a quick affair and also allows for immediate replacement in the case of faults, which significantly reduces downtime. The high signals upon reaching the respective end positions are transmitted directly over the 4-pin M8 cable plug to the control unit of the system.
