Megatex XD The Rotex Megatex XD Screener provides high volume and unsurpassed screening performance for applications requiring accurate separations. They are specifically designed to meet the demanding screening requirements of high-volume applications, including Agriculture, Chemicals, Minerals, Plastics and more. The Megatex XD Screener is able to maximize product recoveries at high material temperatures up to 205°C. Standard features include a patented cam lift rail system for quick screen change capability and sleeveless inlet/outlet connections. A new version of this machine was launched in 2015 which is now capable of producing 40% more capacity than previous models, including a coarse scalp with 230 sq.ft of screen area.

The modular system for our filter units is supplemented by metal filter elements. These are available in lengths of up to 900 mm. Existing systems can also be easily converted using the same screw thread in the filter plate. The metal elements are particularly suitable for high temperatures of up to 500 °C. They can be almost completely regenerated to their new state using a water bath or ultrasonic bath. The fineness of the filter fabric is adapted to the application. The metal fabric can be selected with a mesh size of up to 2 µm.

The Michel Vario-Wand was derived from the Michel Vario-Tisch. ‍ The Michel Vario-Wand combines the advantages of the Michel Vario-Tisch with even greater on-site installation flexibility. The components are delivered individually as an assembly. The panel is hung / mounted like a picture and also serves as a cover plate. Add-on parts such as a collecting tray for granules and/or codings can also be retrofitted. ‍ The Michel Vario-Wand can be installed horizontally, vertically and at an angle. Cutting to size is possible on site. This enables the fitter to set up a coupling point on site in the simplest way.

Production requirements in the powder industry are becoming increasingly strict. Whereas initially, a dosing accuracy of 100 grams was sufficient for processing bulk materials, the demand came for a much more accurate dosing system. In response to this demand, our engineering department has developed a Micro Dosing System with an accuracy of 1 gram.

The micro feeders in the DosWeigh series are gravimetric dosing scales that are particularly suitable for the controlled addition of fine-grained bulk materials. The DosWeigh achieves a very high discharge accuracy of < +/- 0.5 %.
