Spiralring für die Fördergurtreinigung Spiralringe werden auf Standardtragrollen aufgezogen zur Reinigung von Fördergurten eingesetzt. Beim Drehen der Tragrolle befördern die Spiralringe durch taumelnde Bewegung den Schmutz von der Gurtmitte nach außen. Die Spiralringe (Gummiringe) von FTK Förderband Technik Kilian GmbH haben einen permanent festen Sitz auf der Tragrolle und zeichnen sich durch abriebfeste Qualität aus. Neben dem bewährten Standard fertigen wir auch Ringe in Sonderqualität, z. B. weiß-Lebensmittelqualität, öl- und fettbeständig oder für den extremen Temperaturbereich (-40°C bis 180 °C).

Application: Chute designed to properly direct the stream of transported material within the transfer station, equipped with a replaceable wear-resistant liner. This version is mounted to the discharge head of the conveyor boom and allows positional adjustment in three planes.

A defined amount of product is taken out of the vertical product flow and poured into the outlet. A collecting vessel or plastic bag is filled at the end of the outlet. A special sealing protects the guiding of the longitudinal and rotary movement against the product. The movement is performed manually (pulling and rotating) or by means of a pneumatic actuator. Remapur protects the material against both abrasive and impact wear and thus extends the service life of the system components.

Sprockets are with or without teeth (return sprockets) and wear-resistant due to the hardening on the teeth. These sprockets have a symetrical hub and are divisible, making them easy to (dis) assemble. The following versions are available ex stock.
