    1. Micro feeder DosWeigh Belt

      Micro feeder DosWeigh Belt

The micro feeders in the DosWeigh series are gravimetric dosing scales that are particularly suitable for the controlled addition of fine-grained bulk materials. The DosWeigh achieves a very high discharge accuracy of < +/- 0.5 %. The dosing weigher weighs the materials continuously or in batches and is used for small and medium dosing capacities of 1 to 3,000 litres per hour. +++ The DosWeigh BELT uses a conveyor belt instead of a dosing screw. +++ Application: - For precise weighing and dosing of fine-grained bulk materials such as powders and granulates, especially for abrasive or fragile bulk materials - Continuous or in batches - For small and medium dosing capacities from 1 l/h Advantages: 1. high reliability and low maintenance cycles The stable mechanics of the micro feeder and the optimised coordination of the loosening unit and discharge unit guarantee high reliability and low maintenance cycles. 2. very high discharge accuracy With the ModWeigh DI weighing electronics, the DosWeigh realises precise differential weighing, i.e. material is discharged continuously, even while the container is being filled. 3. precise and long-term stable dosing 4. good price-performance ratio

    2. Microdex

      Microdex

Thanks to its modular design, MICRODEX™ can be seamlessly integrated into a wide variety of production processes, significantly reducing residual quantities compared to conventional dosing screws. The compact design allows for easy installation and intuitive operation. Smooth, joint-free inner surfaces ensure quick and thorough cleaning – ideal even for highly sensitive applications such as the production of baby food. For maximum flexibility, MICRODEX™ can be equipped with an additional fine dosing screw at the outlet. This allows both larger production quantities to be handled efficiently and precise, reproducible micro-quantities to be dosed. This unique dual function increases productivity, reduces waste and optimises process control in the long term.

The device can be easily operated remotely via smartphone or tablet, or via the color touchscreen display. Heartbeat Technology reduces process interruptions and increases productivity.

    4. Milli-Temp 4-20 mA Bearing Temperature Sensor (EX)

Milli-Temp 4-20 mA Bearing Temperature Sensor (EX)

4B's Milli-Temp, a loop powered analogue sensor with a 4-20 mA linear output that is scaled across a temperature range for continuous temperature monitoring - is now also available as an ATEX-certified version. The Milli-Temp series can be used on any application where bearing temperature monitoring is needed. The sensor has been designed to allow the depth of the probe to be adjustable depending on the application. This adjustability allows the tip of the probe to be placed in the optimal position for monitoring bearing temperature and also enables verification using the 4B ADB Tester. The sensor screws directly into the bearing housing using the threads of the existing grease zerk. The body of the Milli-Temp has an integrated zerk, allowing lubrication of the bearing without the need to remove the sensor. The sensors are supplied with a 3m cable. The connections are not polarity sensitive therefore special connection requirements are eliminated, and the cable can be extended in the field. Product Highlights • One Body Design - provides a 4-20 mA output provided directly from the sensor, eliminating the need for an external transmitter • Rated to -40 Degrees • Small Probe Diameter Allows Easy Grease Flow • Probe lengths 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm • Approved for explosive atmospheres: • ATEX and IECEx Zones 20, 21 & 22 for dust

    5. Mineral Waste Manager - the assistance system for the disposal of mineral waste

Mineral Waste Manager - the assistance system for the disposal of mineral waste

The tech startup Mineral Waste Manager GmbH has entered the market with its product of the same name to make the mineral waste industry fit for the future. By developing and providing an AI-based solution, it helps all market participants to make the processing processes for the disposal of mineral waste more efficient. The specific goal: the fastest possible, professional treatment of mineral waste using the optimal disposal route. The Mineral Waste Manager is the first digital and AI-based solution to support order processing for the disposal of mineral waste. The web application assists in the evaluation of mineral waste, the preparation of offers and the selection of the best disposal routes. With a list of more than 250 sets of rules and country constellations, the software is perhaps the largest and most complete compendium of waste regulations nationwide and thus the end-to-end solution for digitizing the treatment of mineral waste. Through digital and automated report analysis, the Mineral Waste Manager ensures simple and efficient order processing, even for complicated or confusing reports: Test reports are uploaded to the web application, which are read out using artificial intelligence and make a precise determination of the waste code and pollution class. The interfaces to well-known partner laboratories (e.g. GBA, Agrolab, Wessling) ensure that the corresponding values are verified directly by the laboratory. The software also ensures that the result takes into account the latest regulations and the various federal states' rules, thus ensuring error-free classification and penalty-free disposal. The Mineral Waste Manager also facilitates collaboration between colleagues in the company through fast, simple communication, uniform formats and other features.

    6. Mini filters are regenerable and can be used as particulate filters

Mini filters are regenerable and can be used as particulate filters

Our mini filters are the solution to your problem. They are used, for example, to filter the displacement air of a differential dosing scale. There is often little space for a dedusting filter here. However, the displaced air must be able to escape unimpeded and filtered so that a correct weighing result can be delivered. Our mini filters allow the process air to escape without any problems. The filter element is regenerated from time to time by compressed air pulses. The mini filters are compact in design and can be inserted into a container with the filter cartridge or attached with an extra pipe. A small integrated valve tank supplies the filter with compressed air, allowing the filter cartridge to be continuously regenerated. For filtering suspended solids, a polyester filter medium of filter class H13 can be selected. Naturally, it is conductive and suitable for use in explosive atmospheres. The mini filters are attached using a clamp connection, allowing the filter cartridge to be replaced without tools. Two sizes are available: The filter module with a diameter of 160 mm and a housing height of 130 mm including the solenoid valve is attached with a DN125 Tri Clamp® connection. The two-way-filter with a diameter of 100 mm and a housing height of 160 mm including solenoid valve is attached with a DN65 Tri Clamp® connection. The mini filters are designed for pressures up to 12 bar and are suitable for use as pressure shock-resistant protection in potentially explosive areas of dust zone 20 with a suitable clamping connection. With our filter control unit, the solenoid valve can be controlled for the regeneration of the filter surface, and the pressure difference before and after the filter can be monitored. In highly sensitive areas such as the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, our minis can ensure maximum process safety as additional police filters. Optionally they are expandable by activated carbon (e. g. for filtering aromatics).

    7. Mix, do not replace- PUCEST® mixing instruments

Mix, do not replace- PUCEST® mixing instruments

PUCEST®mixing instruments … for almost every mixer, in almost every position Common problems with pan-type mixer: - insufficient mix results - long phase of emptying - material residues stay in the mixer - long mixing time/ longer charging time of transport - redundant mixing time wastes energy/current Pan-type mixer problems „ blading“ - every set of mixing instruments requires many different models of blades and parts (depending on producer, mixer type and model year, these parts also differ from each with type, fixing, function, wear performance) - often wrong blades can be installed - provisioning/ inventory control for many different parts requires costs and is expensive. - wrong ordering of blades, the mixture is turned more like „carrousel“, as it is mixed up The solution: PUCEST® mixing instruments Successfully retooled mixers to PUCEST® mixing instruments with right blade ordering. The mixing problem issues were solved. The mixture is mixed only in one direction. Emptying and mixing time is shorted.
