Areas of use: various plants, e.g. for sand, gravel, recycling, compost, clay, brick, asphalt-mixing plants and in the gypsum, cement and glass industries etc. Any products adhering to the belt reduce the life expectancy of the conveyor due to the heavy soiling. The consequences are usually expensive maintenance measures and production down times. Standard silos
Standard silos are used for the space-saving storage of loose, dry bulk materials. The designs differ according to the material to be stored and the subsequent installation site, among other things. There are the following options: Various cone inclinations Flat bottoms Insulation and heating Double chamber and multi-chamber silos Integration of the most diverse components (e.g. filter or bucket elevator, load cells) Factory-welded standard silos from umtec can be manufactured with a diameter of 2,400 - 4,200mm and a capacity of 15 - 300m³. Stanelle ASK Discharge Vibrating Cage Diameter 1200mm / 1500mm / 1800mm
The Stanelle discharge vibrating cage functions as a discharge aid for all poorly flowing, bridge building, dry, dust-like to granular bulk goods. Major advantage over air operated systems is that the discharged bulk materials do not contain fluidizing air. This has positive effects during bagging as well as when loading special bulk materials into silo vehicles. The flanged design with 60° discharge can be easily attached or retrofitted to any silo or bunker. Depending on the area of application, the ASK can be furnished in steel, stainless steel, as well as with motors with various power ratings and voltages. Subsequent components can be mounted to the vibrating cone without additional support. Since 2015 also deliverable in 70° version.

Stanelle Filter type STAFI - 10qm, 17qm, 20qm
Stanelle de-dusting filters type STAFI are specifically suited for filtration of exhaust air during pneumatic filling of silos with pulverized, dry, bulk materials in the building- and non metallic mineral industry. The sturdy, high quality construction of the Stanelle de-dusting filter has proven itself even under the harshest application conditions. The handling is easy and possible without any special know-how. The ingenious CLIP-IN SYSTEM makes filter exchange extremely simple and very fast, compared to systems with screwed hose clamps. Three filter sizes and two standard filter bag types are available.

Stanelle Jet-Loader Rondo
The Jet-loader type Rondo is designed for the loading of open-topped trucks and railcars as well as silo vehicles and containers with free flowing, dry, dusty to flinty bulk solids. Silo vehicles can be loaded maximal since the Rondo is fitted with a discharge cone. Characteristics of the bulk solid, different filling level indicators are used.

Stanelle Jet-Loader TYPE QUADRO
The Stanelle jet-loader type QUADRO is designed for loading silo vehicles, closed containers, and rail cars with dry, free flowing bulk goods. The compact design with integrated winch motor and default sensor configuration is instrumental in cutting installation times, optimizing the positioning, and enhancing the operating reliability. Square interior buckets kept apart by two strong supporting belts protect the bellows from mechanical damage and center the stream of bulk material. The hoisting lines arranged outside of the stream serve to stabilize the interior buckets for greater loader flexibility. The closure cone seals the discharge cone and so prevents the bulk goods from escaping into the environment and humidity and foreign particles from entering the jet loader.

Stanelle JET-Loader TYPE TELE-RONDO
The Stanelle TELE-RONDO type loader is a specialized system for loading silo vehicles with heterogeneous bulk goods like e.g. dry mortar. Bulk goods of various weights and large free fall heights are associated with separation problems in standard loaders, leading to losses in quality. The separation of bulk goods in this category is prevented to the greatest possible extent when the TELE-RONDO is used. The TELE-RONDO discharge cone sets itself on the silo dome opening and the telescoping pipes enter the silo vehicle. Remaining is a free fall height of 20-40 cm only. This minimum free fall height and the telescoping pipes retracted by the level control serve virtually to eliminate the separation of the bulk material's components into their constituent weights.

Stanelle Loading spout filter TYP BELFI
The Stanelle-Loader Filter BELFI is used in particular in conjunction with a Stanelle loading spout for direct dedusting and dust recovery during loading processes on silo vehicles and containers. Owing to its compact design it can also be used to de-dust air conveying passages, encapsulated conveyor silos, and bunkers that are filled without pressurization. The choice of high-quality materials and the optimal surface lining make this filter ideal for applications on virtually all sectors. During the design the focus was placed specifically on the problem-free return of filter dust into the silo vehicle.

Stanelle SDAK DN150/DN250/DN300/DN400
The Stanelle overpressure/vacuum flap is a safety component for silos loaded with compressed air systems. During pneumatic loading processes the combined action of these flaps can compensate for both overpressure and vacuum generated by exhaust fans or collapsing cornices and so prevent expensive damage to vessels.

Stanelle ULUFI Universalfilter Filter for Conveyer, Loader, Bunker, Silos 9qm, 15qm, 18qm, 26qm, 52qm, 104qm
The ULUFI type filters from Stanelle are designed for dedusting loading spouts for silo vehicles, bunkers and, owing to their compact designs, for dedusting conveyor belts.

Stanelle ZEWAFI Cement Weight Station Filter
The Stanelle Filter Type ZEWAFI is a fully automatic filter with lateral mounted pressure vessel for dedusting of scales. The ZEWAFI is equipped with pressure valve, solenoid valve. Required operation air pressure 2 – 4 bar. The maximum standard operation temperature is 100 °C. In connection with Stanelle Mixing filter type Mixfi, the Zewafi / Mixfi is a proper / intelligent solution for mixing plants with weighting systems.

Star filter for high temperatures up to 160°C and optimum chemcial resistance
The ts-systemfilter star filters are manufactured in-house, so that an almost unlimited number of geometries are possible. The right filter medium is selected for each application. PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) is particularly suitable for high temperatures up to 160 °C. It is resistant to hydrolysis and has very good chemical resistance. It is also optionally available with a PTFE membrane. With this design, the support bandage is made from the filter medium and the end plates and the longitudinal seam are cast with silicone in order to achieve high temperature resistance.
