Statics
Silos fall under the legislation for structures - i.e. a static calculation according to a European-wide standard (EN 1090) is mandatory. In order to be able to guarantee a smooth process from the planning to the installation of the silo, we also consistently implement this service "in-house". This enables direct coordination between the structural design and the static requirements without detours - by way of a customer-oriented solution finding process. We use the finite element method to calculate forces in and on the silo. This enables us to perform even very complex designs and simulations. (Software: RFEM). Any questions? We will be happy to advise you!

STEEL DRUM SPEEDY D 200
A mixing drum (200 liter standard steel drum) filled with raw materials or pre-mixes is fixed centrally beneath the mixer head. The simple positioning of the 200 liter steel drum is carried out using an integrated roller conveyor. Once the steel drum has been manually positioned, the steel drum is held securely in place by pneumatic clamps. The mixing tools are tailored to meet the mixing challenge. The mixing tool is lowered into the mixing material using a spindle lift drive. Mixing parameters can be stored in the PLC. The product is homogeneous blended by the gentle mix action of the spiral tool. The mixing tool is moved back into the basic position and the mixing drum can be removed after mixing has been completed. Product benefits: - Mixing of small batches up to 100 kg - Easy Cleaning - Simple and ergonomic handling - Dosing, transporting and mixing “All in one” - No transfilling - More applications with additional tools

steep incline technology / VHV double belt conveyor / VHV cover belt conveyor
Available space, wear behaviour, unmixed sorts as well as the continuity pertaining to the feeding of the subsequent unit play a major role when choosing the most suitable type of conveyance for the transport. VHV’s double belt conveyor is part of VHV’s product range for the vertical transport. The patent-protected system enables the material’s vertical transport up to 35 m high, utilizing smooth belts. Said smooth belts allow the unmixed and continuous conveyance of various kinds of bulk freight. Furthermore, VHV’s cover belt conveyor is one further part of VHV’s steep incline conveying technology. This machine conveys materials and reaches inclines of up to 45° by using smooth belts as well. Of course, both systems are based on the modular design offered by VHV Anlagenbau. Come and visit us at the upcoming SOLIDS 2024 to find out more about our innovative steep incline conveying technology.

Steiförder-/ Stollen-/ Chevrongurt- Abstreifer
There are countless names for profiled and cleated conveyor belts – but they all share the same major challenge: effective cleaning. Conventional carbide scrapers are not an option due to the belt profiles, leaving many systems without any cleaning solution or relying on expensive, high‑wear brush systems. While the cleaning effect can never match that of a smooth belt, a dedicated scraper system can still deliver impressive results. Our PU segments feature a unique, purpose‑designed geometry that ensures excellent cleaning performance and outstanding service life. Thanks to the innovative click‑system, replacement parts can be changed quickly, easily, and without tools – a real advantage in everyday operation.

STEINERT ISS
Reliable sorting of all metals with the STEINERT ISS® induction sorting system Produce metal-free residual material, recover residual metals with the STEINERT ISS® - and for the smallest grain sizes in metal recovery: STEINERT Fines ISS® The STEINERT ISS® induction sorting system is the perfect extension to magnetic sorting and eddy current separation for recovering residual metals from a mixture of materials. These are primarily stainless steels and composite materials such as cables or circuit boards. The focus here can be on the production of valuable metal concentrates, such as Zurik or a stainless steel fraction. However, the processing objective can also be to produce a metal-free residual fraction with <1% metal content to fulfil acceptance qualities, e.g. in the production of substitute fuels. Both tasks are the core applications of the STEINERT ISS®. Your advantages at a glance: - ISS = Induction sorting system - Proven technology for all-metal separation - Two sensor types with different resolutions for customisation to the application - special STEINERT Fines ISS® for fine grain sorting

STEINERT KSS XT CLI EVO 6.0
Our STEINERT KSS | XT CLI combination sorting system - the all-rounder with XRT (X-ray transmission) The multisensory answer to increasingly complex requirements in material separation We have harmonised four sensor systems in this combination sorting system. Two optical sensors provide colour and three-dimensional shape information, the inductive sensor detects metals and X-ray transmission is used to detect differences in density. By logically linking the multi-sensor data recorded for each individual object, a wide variety of tasks can be covered with just one sorting machine. This combination is therefore often integrated into a processing concept as a stand-alone solution in order to significantly increase the sorting depth for smaller mass flows. Individual equipment and programme creation are mandatory. The combination of X-ray transmission (XRT) and 3D enables an additional evaluation of object characteristics and makes our system less sensitive to large differences in the sorting material. STEINERT KSS | XT CLI is a combination of: C = colour detection L = laser (3D detection) I = inductive sensor XT = X-ray transmission

STEINERT UME
Electromagnetic overbelt separators with high power density - the STEINERT UME Overbelt magnetic separators with electromagnets from our own production in a proven design STEINERT UME electromagnetic overbelt magnetic separators are characterised by their extremely strong and far-reaching magnetic fields. The magnetic field is particularly strong in the centre of the magnet and has a pronounced depth effect. As a result, ferrous parts are reliably detected even from great layer heights. At higher belt speeds and belt widths, these magnets have proven themselves worldwide over many decades. STEINERT UME have a comparatively low power-to-weight ratio due to the special ANOFOL coils made of anodised aluminium strip. ANOFOL coils are insensitive to temperature and, with their rectangular and compact design, fill almost the entire magnetic separator volume. The heat transfer to the outer wall is maximised, which enables a dry design without oil filling. Most overbelt magnetic separators of this type do not require active air cooling. In comparison, round coils have the disadvantage of only partially filling the magnetic separator housing, resulting in a shorter and narrower magnetic field and an increased cooling requirement. Your advantages at a glance: - UME = electromagnetic overband magnetic separator - wide-ranging magnetic field for excavating operation - Self-cleaning • - without oil filling with passive or active air cooling
