To extract explosive dusts, the filter system can be provided in a10 bar shock pressure-resistant design in accordance with VDI 2263 DIN EN 1127-1, or alternatively in a reduced-pressure variant (1.5 bar) with a relief valve. The piping network and the roots blower are decoupled by means of corresponding protective equipment.

      DUSTEX® Water dispersion system for industrial dust suppression. Dust-filled air that occurs when crushing or transporting bulk goods, can be cleaned by spraying with fine water droplets. Ordinary water nozzles fail to generate the same spectrum of drops and, most importantly, the necessary fineness. This results in the equipment becoming wet, whilst the dust remains. With the DUSTEX® system, water is ripped apart by two component nozzles using an air-stream moved by ultrasonic oscillation into drops of 5 to 20 µm in size. With the fineness of the drops, the number of drops and the surface affinity for dust, and therefore the effect, increases disproportionately. The dust can be moistened and, through suppression, be transported away with the main material flow. The aim of these machines is to protect the environment and people from harmful components such as dust, odours, viruses and bacteria in the air. Light Duty with throwing distances of 10-50 metres The mobile units of the Light Duty series are characterised by simple operation as well as low energy and water consumption. They are suitable for use in locations that are compatible with the dimensions of the units. With water and power connections, they are ready for immediate use and guarantee effective dust binding. Heavy Duty with throw ranges of 50-150 metres Every model in the Heavy Duty series is designed for use in the toughest conditions. This ensures uncompromisingly effective use, for example, in mines, underground workings, tunnels, handling of all kinds and demolition work. In short, wherever environmentally harmful dust has to be controlled under harsh conditions. The units require from 0.7 kW up to 110 kW at maximum working power and overcoming long distances. The robust design guarantees good durability even under the most difficult conditions. Special Duty with throwing distances of 40 - 150 metres In the Special Duty series, the units are offered according to customer-specific requirements for special applications. There are no limits to the realisation of the most diverse customer requirements.

The system is suitable for on-line measurement of powders, dust, pellets, and granulates. The measurement principle of the DYNA M-flow is based on the physical Doppler-Effect, whereas the sensor generates a uniform field in the microwave frequency range inside the pipeline. These microwaves are being reflected by particles passing through the pipe. Calculation of frequency and amplitude changes allows an accurate determination of the solid's mass flow rate. Nonmoving particles like dust accumulation are excluded from calculations.

The use of the DYNAairguard effectively protects the health of employees. In the case of explosive dusts, the danger of dust explosions is detected and intervention is possible.

By measuring the weight and the flow velocity at the same time — similar to the belt-weigher principle — the mass flow rate of pourable bulk solids is determined in free fall processes with high accuracy. Compared to impact meter, changing product-properties (e.g. density, particle size, friction properties) or varying fall velocities (e.g. under silos) have no influence on the measuring accuracy of the system. Hence a complex calibration in the process especially with several products is not required. Also regular recalibration is not necessary while a very high reproducibility of the measuring results is granted. Operational cost can be reduced to an absolute minimum and regular maintenance is normally not required, because the flow meter does not have any moving components, the solids are flowing smoothly over the weighing chute and the sensor system is well protected.
