DUSTEX® Water dispersion system for industrial dust suppression. Dust-filled air that occurs when crushing or transporting bulk goods, can be cleaned by spraying with fine water droplets. Ordinary water nozzles fail to generate the same spectrum of drops and, most importantly, the necessary fineness. This results in the equipment becoming wet, whilst the dust remains. With the DUSTEX® system, water is ripped apart by two component nozzles using an air-stream moved by ultrasonic oscillation into drops of 5 to 20 µm in size. With the fineness of the drops, the number of drops and the surface affinity for dust, and therefore the effect, increases disproportionately. The dust can be moistened and, through suppression, be transported away with the main material flow. The DUSTHUNTER SP30 is a measuring device for the reliable detection of dust concentrations ranging from very low to high. Automatic monitoring of the zero and reference points ensures high accuracy. Thanks to its compact design, the DUSTHUNTER SP30 is available as a standalone measuring device, and optionally with an integrated purge air unit and MCU control unit for extended functionality. Several mounting options and lance lengths are available.

DustScrape DustBox + AirScrap = DustScrape The combination of DustBox and AirScrape results in a highly effective system against dust formation. By installing DustScrape in existing dust removal systems, your system can work 40-50% more effectively and save energy at the same time. The higher efficiency also means that the system requires much less maintenance. In some cases, the use of the DustScraper even makes it possible to completely dispense with the extraction system and work without energy or dust.
