Summary & Video Promoflow discharge aids
Problems of material flow from storage bins, silos, hopper etc should not be underestimated. By using a Promoflow discharge aid the flow of every product will be activated, which is in general able to flow but needs s starting or continues activation to flow properly. By using a discharge aid the lost of productivity, time and money will be reduced. Keyser & Mackay distributes these articles only in Germany. Support and Impact Rollers

Support Rollers

Supporting Structure
Application: Supporting structure for a flue gas exhaust installation.

SureSupport reinforces the belt and prevents belt sag caused by the impact energy of the falling material. This supports the function of the side seal and prevents spillage, dust and material losses at the transfer point.
The SureSupport system works in conjunction with DustScrape and AirScrape to support and stabilize the belt at transfer points. Key advantages of this system include quick and easy installation as well as reduced maintenance times and costs.

Sweco ATLAS - high capacity rectangular gyratory sifter
Sweco Europe SA presents the new rectangular gyratory separator with patented, 3 years warranty drive system lubricated for life. SWECO’s horizontal uniform gyratory motion offers the highest performance per screen area | Sharp separations up to 12 screens inside one machine | High capacity on up to 49 square meters screening area| Superior screen cleaning | Low dynamic force | Material spread-ability | Maintenance free dynamic hanger system | High-wear design | Genius pneumatic quick-change screen technology - no tool design

Sweco CLASSIC Separator - the budgetary design with short lead time
The SWECO Classic Separator offers great value, quick delivery, and the performance you are accustomed to receiving from SWECO brand equipment. Available in 30-, 48-, and 60-inch diameter models, the Classic features a rugged, proven design backed by SWECO and the industry’s most experienced sales engineers. Features of the Classic Separator include a 12 month motor warranty, no-tools vibration adjustment, no-tools screen center tie-downs, easily accessible motor lubrication points and a hinged base door for easy weight access. The Classic separator has been optimally designed to support a wide range of basic separations. With drives and frames in stock, the Classic can be delivered in approximately two weeks or less, and because it is offered in standard configurations, a significant cost-savings has been realized and passed on to the customer. The SWECO Classic – a straightforward, better investment.
Sweco FUSION SCREENS - patented design with fused gasket
Fusion Screens are a revolutionary screen developed from a new technology that "fuses" the screen mesh to the tension ring. Fusion Screens have been designed to eliminate the use of adhesive, epoxy or silicone in screen manufacturing resulting in a unitary construction that minimizes the potential for contamination. Added benefits include precise repeatable tensioning and engineered uniform integral strain relief created from the complex robotic manufacturing process.

Sweco HX Separator
The SWECO HX™ Series Round Separator improves technology and performance while increasing safety and simplifying clean-up and maintenance. The new HX features the ProGlide™, a new top and bottom “no-tools” weight system, which presents fine proportional motion adjustment, enabling the user to move a single weight set radially to dial in on the optimal horizontal and vertical amplitude and force to improve efficiency and throughput. A new lower weight guard encloses the motor and lower weight assembly, reducing the risk of reach-in injuries while complying with CE Standards. The new guard can be easily removed without disassembling the drive.
Switch distributors
Switch distributors divert bulk material flows into different outlets. They can be used for dusts, powders, granulates and coarse material. SCHRAGE switch distributors are solid welded steel constructions actuated via hand lever, pneumatic cylinder or shaft-mounted geared motor. They come with a distributor flap, which can be replaced from the outside. Their end positions are monitored by proximity switches. Flange pattern bores are drilled according to SCHRAGE factory standard or customer specifications. The robust SCHRAGE switch distributors can be manufactured in various materials and offer inlet/outlet widths from NW 150x150 to NW 1000x1000. Special designs as bell chute distributors are available on demand.

System impact bar
Flexible impact protection counteracts attacks at critical points. Impact beams in a new modular design support the increasing cost awareness of companies, without compromising on reliable wear protection. This means that lower maintenance and servicing costs and production downtimes can be combined with very good results. The disadvantages of conventionally installed impact beams are their time-consuming installation and the need to completely replace elements that are often only partially worn. It is not possible to react flexibly in places with only partial extreme wear in this way. Our new development now ensures the optimization of impact wear protection. The innovative system consists of assemblies with module components, a base plate and a guide rail for the module components, which allow a variable arrangement. The base plate can be welded to the base body. The assemblies can be combined with module components made of Pucest 65 Shore solid material and with module components with a hard metal surface for areas with the highest impact wear in order to respond to different wear stresses. The advantages of this system are obvious: it allows for quick and easy replacement of impact beam sections that are really worn. This results in low maintenance and servicing costs. Table and platform scales
Our platform scales impress with their high robustness, precise measuring accuracy, and attractive price-performance ratio. The scales can be used as overfloor scales, but also as underfloor scales with an additional mounting frame. Numerous variants are available - often with dimensions and load ranges outside the standard sizes. - As overfloor and underfloor installation - With or without big bag suspension - Weighing ranges from 3 kg to 10 t - Manufacturer's initial calibration (optional) - With ATEX approval (optional) - Numerous accessories: Underfloor mounting frame, big-bag rack, ramps, height-adjustable feet, removable cover plate for maintenance etc.
