The new ROSTA MB 55 motor base for electric motors includes a central preload unit and has the same hole pattern for screwing on the top and bottom. It also has an exchangeable motor plate for centered or offset positions and is available in three sizes.

WEICON Mounting Tape Transparent is a double-sided, highly transparent adhesive tape made of pure acrylate adhesive. The tape is suitable for structural joints where transparent parts shall be fixed permanently both indoors and outdoors. The transparent adhesive tape adheres firmly and securely to almost all smooth surfaces, such as glass, plastics, steel, aluminum, or tiles. The tape is temperature resistant at of -40°C to +120°C and is UV- and moisture-resistant. In combination with WEICON adhesives and sealants, it can be used as a fixing aid for hybrid bonding and ensures the secure positioning of the parts to be bonded. It can be used in many different sectors, such as the advertising technology,exhibition, kitchen and furniture construction, the caravanning sector, car body, vehicle and metal construction and in the electronics industry.

Our mounting units impress with their robust construction. Of particular note is the immediately visible anti-lift device, which allows customers to quickly identify and promptly correct any mechanical faults. The unit is delivered with a built-in transport dummy for the load cell, allowing work such as welding or drilling around the mounting unit to be carried out easily without damaging the load cell. Bunkersystem MovingFloor: The MovingFloor is a bunker system that helps you dose any type of material, ensuring an even and continuous flow. It has been engineered to facilitate on-site assembly and thanks to its flexible components the size of the machine can be increased or decreased as desired at any given time. With the MovingFloor you can process substitute fuels, compost, mixed construction waste and much more. Its modules can be delivered within 6 weeks and shipped in standard sea containers.

The MPTS Sampler facilitates complex sampling procedures directly from equipment, such as dryers, mixers, packaging units, etc.

Highly precise colour sorting in fine grain sizes of 0.5 mm and above The MSort AK is particularly suitable for dry colour sorting of bulk material such as glass, PET, metal granulates, minerals, sea salt and rock salt in a particle range from 0.5 – 60 mm. The chute sorting system is also able to accurately detect plastic granulates, ceramic, marble, quartz and plastic flakes.
