The best boxes are made of steel.
LÜRA boxes are quick to assemble, easy to modify, and expand. Ground anchoring or foundations are usually unnecessary. The hollow steel walls are filled on-site with sand, gravel, soil, or water, giving them exceptional stability. This prevents slippage, chipping, or contamination from the fill material.

The best halls build on LÜRA.
One strong substructure, all functions! LÜRA steel partition walls combine more advantages than any other hall construction. They serve as a load-bearing structure, retaining wall, and partition – all in one! LÜRA is more economical than conventional substructure systems made of concrete blocks or reinforced concrete. Because the substructure requires fewer roof supports, more usable space is available inside the hall.

The Capanivo® CN 7000 Capacitive level limit switch for liquids
Capanivo® capacitive level switches are universally applicable in bulk solids, granulates, powders, liquids, highly viscous oils, slurries and pastes as full detectors, overfill protection, demand or empty detectors, as level switches or for interface measurement in mixers, silos, tanks, process vessels, hoppers, troughs as well as channels and pipelines. Due to different device versions, installation situations from above, below, the side or with little space requirement can be realized. Further the capacitive sensors of the Capanivo® CN 7000 and CN 8000 series can be used for single media detection (e.g. when foaming) or as sensors for leakage detection. The robust sensor tip made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic is suitable for use in foodstuffs as well as being resistant to aggressive chemical media. The Capanivo® can be used in storage tanks, silos and process vessels or also in pipes as a level switch, back pressure detector, as dry run protection or as a valve control. As a capacitively measuring sensor it reacts with a change in capacitance when the sensor tip is touched by a solid, liquid or foaming medium and then switches a signal output (relay or transistor). The versions for solids additionally have active lug compensation due to the built-in Active Shield technology ensures reliable functionality within applications with foam, bridging, material deposits, caking or other types of buildup properties. In addition to WHG or SIL 2 approval, the various sensors in the Capanivo® series also have international approvals for gas and dust explosion hazardous areas. This makes them the ideal solution for most industries when it comes to level monitoring.

The JacBox – Mobile Flanging, Flexible and Simple
Would you want someone to attack your pipe with a hammer just because it is too long? We certainly do not want that. Neither for our pipes nor for any others, because pipes are far too sensitive for this. Cutting the pipes to length with an angle grinder and flanging them using files, hammers or heavy machinery would also take far too long. But what do you do if you need to cut pipes to the right length on the construction site? With the JacBox at your disposal, you now have a professional mobile solution that allows you to quickly and easily produce lip edges on-site, and to JACOB's usual high quality standard. INTERESTED? THEN GET IN TOUCH! Maximum flexibility – you specify the period for which you need the JacBox. The JacBox is available for permanent or short-term use. The PUCEST blow-in elbow
The PUCEST blow-in arch is used for conveying sand and fine-grained gravel. The conveying material collects in the honeycomb-shaped pockets and thus also serves as wear protection. The blowing bend consists of a 90° bend, which is bolted to the pipe ends with 2 flange rings and 8 hexagon bolts. In the conveying direction there are the honeycomb-shaped pockets that collect the material.

The PUCEST head scraper
Head scrapers are conveyor belt cleaners that are used to scrape material off the belt. The head scraper is attached to the head drum below the material flow. Cleaning conveyor belts is always a hot topic. Residues cause high costs due to material loss and cleaning expenses. The belts, rollers, and system components wear out prematurely. Efficient belt cleaning is therefore essential when conveying sticky materials. The PUCEST® head scraper is extremely wear-resistant, offers optimal adaptation to the conveyor belt, and is quick and easy to install. The PUCEST® head scraper offers you flawless, belt-friendly conveyor belt cleaning and a long service life for the conveyor belt thanks to low wear. As wear increases, the PUCEST® head scraper can be retensioned in just a few simple steps, ensuring that the contact surface and scraping pressure remain constant. Available from stock at short notice in all standard belt widths.

The PUCEST Hexagon-Protector series
This PUCEST®-Hexagon-Protector works on a simple principle: Some of the conveyed material is collected in the hexagon formed catch trays of the impact ( baffl e) protector and thereby forms wear protection with the conveyed material. The wear effect is slowed signifi cantly. Another advantage of the impact (baffl e) plate is given by its elasticity. Coarse grained material (for example, gravel) does not split on impact. The plate size amounts to 500 x 1000 mm

The PUCEST Pipe-System
Advantages of the PUCEST Pipe system short downtimes good abrasion resistance very good noise damping high elasticity easy installation smooth material flow production according to your wishes UV resistant resistance to oils and greases high impact strength repairable with PUCEST Tix at any time very good sliding properties very good weather resistance (does not become porous) special designs are possible The PUCEST Pipe system consists of individual segments that can be installed quickly, professionally and tightly closed. The inner diameter at the narrowest point is 250mm. The nesting of the segments allows the material to pass through without any problems.

The PUCEST Round corner
The optimization of your material flow The round corner of PUCEST® prevents the accumulation of material in the corners. Material is conveyed to the PUCEST® wear plaques, e.g. Hexagon-Protector. Advantages of the change to PUCEST®: Short idle times concerning the exchange of damaged lining parts Extremely wear resistant Coarse bulk goods (e.g. gravel) do not break into pieces when they bounce
