The PUCEST blow-in arch is used for conveying sand and fine-grained gravel. The conveying material collects in the honeycomb-shaped pockets and thus also serves as wear protection. The blowing bend consists of a 90° bend, which is bolted to the pipe ends with 2 flange rings and 8 hexagon bolts. In the conveying direction there are the honeycomb-shaped pockets that collect the material.

Head scrapers are conveyor belt cleaners that are used to scrape material off the belt. The head scraper is attached to the head drum below the material flow. Cleaning conveyor belts is always a hot topic. Residues cause high costs due to material loss and cleaning expenses. The belts, rollers, and system components wear out prematurely. Efficient belt cleaning is therefore essential when conveying sticky materials. The PUCEST® head scraper is extremely wear-resistant, offers optimal adaptation to the conveyor belt, and is quick and easy to install. The PUCEST® head scraper offers you flawless, belt-friendly conveyor belt cleaning and a long service life for the conveyor belt thanks to low wear. As wear increases, the PUCEST® head scraper can be retensioned in just a few simple steps, ensuring that the contact surface and scraping pressure remain constant. This PUCEST®-Hexagon-Protector works on a simple principle: Some of the conveyed material is collected in the hexagon formed catch trays of the impact ( baffl e) protector and thereby forms wear protection with the conveyed material. The wear effect is slowed signifi cantly. Another advantage of the impact (baffl e) plate is given by its elasticity. Coarse grained material (for example, gravel) does not split on impact. The plate size amounts to 500 x 1000 mm

The proven pull-ring system is now available in a 160mm-diameter. Most importantly of all, pipe systems with the nominal diameter commonly used in ventilation systems now benefi t from short installation times and a perfect seal. WEICON DF 175 is a patented thread sealing cord made of 100% PTFE that seals almost all metal and plastic threads permanently and safely. WEICON DF 175 reliably compensates the intermediate space on the threads and creates a PTFE film in the required thickness during the screwing procedure. This film is extremely resistant to almost all chemicals, even the most aggressive solvents, caustic agents, and acids. WEICON DF 175 is non-flammable and operates reliably in a temperature range from -200°C (-328°F) to +240°C (+464°F). In contrast to other sealing materials, for which the fabric solely acts as a base for the actual sealant, WEICON DF 175 itself is the sealing material. A separation of the base material and the sealing material over the service life of the screw connection is thus excluded. WEICON DF 175 is very economical: 1 roll replaces up to 20 rolls of PTFE tape (12 mm x 0,1 mm x 12 m).

Threadlocking Varnish is a solvent-based, fast drying securing and marking varnish with good adhesion to many materials. The varnish serves as a removable lock, as protection against tampering by unauthorised persons, as a cover for electricallyconductive parts and as protection against corrosion and influencing through contact. The threadlocking varnish is durable against water, petrol, diesel, mineral oil, paraffi n oil and diluted acids and lyes. The threadlocking varnish is essential for locking screw connections of all kinds, protecting against manipulation and unauthorised loosening of screws and connections, documenting quality assurance measures, production control and product inspection through a varnish seal and also for the visual inspection of connected, adjusted parts. Threadlocking varnish is available in the colours yellow, green and red.
