    1. TailScrape - The Transfer Tail Skirting

TailScrape - The Transfer Tail Skirting

The TailScrape works on the same principle as the AirScrape and complements it by sealing the transfer in the rear area. The intelligent blade structure on the underside ensures that negative pressure is created in the conveying area. Nothing can escape through the millimeter-thick gap because the negative pressure allows air to flow in. Dust generation and spills are reduced by up to 100%. The TailScrape works also without contact to the belt and can therefore be operated permanently without maintenance. Used together with the AirScrape, the TailScrape saves considerable costs and resources. The TailScrape supplements the AirScrape and seals the transfer for optimum results in the rear area of the transfer point.

    2. Tangential rotary valves

      Tangential rotary valves

Our tangential rotary valves are ideal for handling bulk materials with good conveying and flow properties up to a feed size of 35 mm, dependent on the size and the entire particle size range, in flooded feed condition. Because both the rotors and housings are precision-finished to the narrowest tolerances, the rotary valves made by Barl feature the highest possible degree of sealing integrity. Adjustable end plates are as standard as the outside bearing. The rotary valves are naturally also available in both pressure-shock-proof and ATEX-compliant design.

    3. Telescopic loading device TV

      Telescopic loading device TV

Application area: The telescopic loading device is used for transshipment of dust-like and granulate bulk materials from silos into road tanker vehicles and railway tank cars. Loading open vehicles and containers is possible using a special design. The transshipment of the products is free of dust if the device is connected to a filter system with 15 - 20 mbar vacuum pressure. Design: The telescopic loading device basically consists of the upper part with pulley and ventilation nozzles, the flow shaft attached with chains and the lower part. If required, a fill level limit switch which prevents overfilling can be installed in the closing cone. A manual or motor-driven winch is used for raising and lowering the device. The motor-driven winch is fitted with a special device which causes automatic retraction of the extended telescopic loading device if the vehicle sets in its springs due to the load of the filling. Depending on the application area, the telescopic loading device can be made of normal steel or stainless steel. Any combination of polyamide cones is possible. The bellows is supplied made of a special fabric depending on the intended use. Throughput: For size DN 200/88: approx. 100 m3/h For size DN 300/88: approx. 150 m3/h. The throughput depends on the bulk material, the silo and the discharge aid.

    4. Tensioner PSE, single-stage

      Tensioner PSE, single-stage

Tensioner PSE, single-stage 1500 bar maximum operating pressure The one-stage hydraulic tensioner PSE enables screw joint assembly and disassem-bly without torsional stress for the bolt. The pre-tensioning power is precisely adjustable. Its flat design makes the PSE particularly advantageous in axially restricted spaces. The knurled attachment additionally included will also ensure successful tensioner application with bolt protrusions of excessive length. The Plarad tensioners are available in a range of sizes with individual adjustment for every bolting need.

    5. Tensioning Technology

      Tensioning Technology

The concept and production of machine components for the maintenance-free tensioning of belts and chain drives has always been a core competence of ROSTA. Whether for the initial tensioning of large belt drives with our self-adjusting motor base suspension or for efficient secondary tensioning by means of easy-to-install chain and belt tensioners, ROSTA has the perfect solution! When using the ROSTA tensioning systems, problems such as the compensation of lengthening due to age and belt slip are no longer an issue in your machine design - you can simply forget the periodical re-tensioning maintenance!

    6. Test screening machine JEL 200-II

      Test screening machine JEL 200-II

The JEL 200-II sieve analysis machine determines the particle size distribution of bulk materials according to the plane motion principle and delivers reproducible results. It is motor-driven, controlled via a display, and can accommodate up to six sieve frames plus lid and base. The device is suitable for dry, powdery, and coarse-grained materials and supports statements on grinding and processing. Standard-compliant sieve meshes according to DIN ISO 3310 and ASTM E11-87 are used.

    7. Test sieves

      Test sieves

      • Test sieves made of stainless steel or synthetic fabrics • With test sieve fabric made of DIN ISO 3310-1 stainless steel or woven polyamide • With soft solder seam resistant to temperatures of up to 170°C • Available sieve diameters 50 to 600 mm • Special manufacture also possible, e.g. with handles • Test sieve fabric with mesh sizes from 20 μm to 150 mm • Square perforated metal screens with aperture size from 4 mm to 125 mm • Extensive range of accessories for analytical screening machines, e.g. cover, collecting vessels or seals • Suitable for all current analytical screening machines

    8. Tests & laboratory experiments

      Tests & laboratory experiments

From the idea to the finished machine RUBERG accompanies its customers from the first contact, the exploratory discussions, the ideation phase through planning, development and manufacturing, all the way to logistical tasks, post-delivery support and assembly. The collaboration with the client is characterised by a trustful relationship, flexibility and consulting expertise. The heart of our planning and development services is the RUBERG Technology Centre with its attached laboratory. The link between product development and production allows us to conduct practical mixing, cleaning and separation tests on 350 m³. Here, procedures for production are optimised and process parameters for the planning and development of customer systems are determined. This means more certainty in planning before the final construction.

    9. The Capanivo® CN 7000 Capacitive level limit switch for liquids

The Capanivo® CN 7000 Capacitive level limit switch for liquids

Capanivo® capacitive level switches are universally applicable in bulk solids, granulates, powders, liquids, highly viscous oils, slurries and pastes as full detectors, overfill protection, demand or empty detectors, as level switches or for interface measurement in mixers, silos, tanks, process vessels, hoppers, troughs as well as channels and pipelines. Due to different device versions, installation situations from above, below, the side or with little space requirement can be realized. Further the capacitive sensors of the Capanivo® CN 7000 and CN 8000 series can be used for single media detection (e.g. when foaming) or as sensors for leakage detection. The robust sensor tip made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic is suitable for use in foodstuffs as well as being resistant to aggressive chemical media. The Capanivo® can be used in storage tanks, silos and process vessels or also in pipes as a level switch, back pressure detector, as dry run protection or as a valve control. As a capacitively measuring sensor it reacts with a change in capacitance when the sensor tip is touched by a solid, liquid or foaming medium and then switches a signal output (relay or transistor). The versions for solids additionally have active lug compensation due to the built-in Active Shield technology ensures reliable functionality within applications with foam, bridging, material deposits, caking or other types of buildup properties.  In addition to WHG or SIL 2 approval, the various sensors in the Capanivo® series also have international approvals for gas and dust explosion hazardous areas. This makes them the ideal solution for most industries when it comes to level monitoring.
